Sheri Arnold

I am a Branch Manager and Co-Founder of the S.E.A. Group at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. I have been in mortgage for a
little over 25 years. As a Producing Branch Manager, I am very fortunate to be able to work with my clients and referral partners in
each unique transaction in a one-on-one manner. The flip side of my role is to strive to provide the most comprehensive leadership
to our team in conjunction with my business partner, Chris. To that end my focus is to further the growth and outreach of our
branch, to empower and mentor members of our team, and to cultivate and fine tune initiatives that will further improve the lives of
our team and their clients. I am constantly humbled and incredibly thankful to work with such creative and talented people, like my
partner Chris Catania, our loan officers who each have such a unique and dynamic way that they serve their clients and partners and
lastly our support staff that is truly second to none.



Over the years I have seen many evolutions in the market and the industry and have successfully navigated through the best and
worst times. Regardless of the state of the market, one fact remains; our clients need sage financial advice, solutions and service
regarding their mortgages and properties. My personal mission for my clients is to provide strategic mortgage planning for each loan
that we do. We continue to review, refine, and develop the plan for them year after year. I work with first time homebuyers and
seasoned investors; the process is similar; it is the strategy that changes. I am proud of the work that I have done and excited for the
work I will continue to do. A mortgage for real estate is one of the cornerstones of building generational wealth and it is how I serve
my clients. I am licensed in 34 states and frequently assist my clients in relocating from state to state or finance a second home or
investment properties in all of these states.

Outside of the office I spend my time with my nothing short of amazing husband of 24 years, who supports me in all things. I have
three grown sons who always keep me laughing and friends that are more like those fun cousins that you have the best time with. I
an avid rescuer of all manner of animals which currently consists of 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 birds; it is a very tiny arc in the making. I
have a large 6.5 ac. property that I enjoy endless gardening, home improvement projects that never end and the most beautiful
sunsets that San Diego County has to offer. I am lucky to be a board member with the San Diego Navy League serving the men and
women of our Sea Services and their families. I also enjoy supporting the Keep A Breast Foundation via the Brewbies Festival every
year, the American Warrior Initiative, Fairway Cares, Last Chance at Life Pet Adoption & Rescue, Helping Paws, and Shelter to Soldier to name a few.
